Silicone grouts and tile adhesives for application in the pool & spa industry. Novagard adhesives and grouts are excellent products for many O.E.M. and service maintenance needs. New process formulations feature improved resistance to mold and mildew. Novagard adhesives are available in two formulas: (1) oxime, or neutral-cure where corrosion, and odor may be an issue, or in applications where adhesion to varying substrates is critical, and (2) acetoxy cure where the industry standard will meet your needs. Novagard grouts are a slower tack material to allow for longer tooling time and easy clean up. These low-odor, silicones are easy to use, require no mixing and the uncured products clean up with soap and water. Silicone grouts are mold and mildew resistant, and always remains flexible so they will not crack or fall out of joints. Grouts are only available in neutral-cure formulations.

NOVAGARD has the ability to meet your silicone needs with products formulated for your specific application. Our capabilities include custom colors, varying tensile strengths, viscosity, durometer (or cured hardness), and tack free time. Custom products can be formulated in batches generating as few as 600 caulking cartridges.

OXIME (NEUTRAL-CURE)
This NOVAGARD adhesive is a one-part RTV silicone adhesive specially formulated for the adhesion of ceramic tile, fiber optics, valves, jet handles, etc. This low-odor, neutral-cure silicone provides excellent adhesion to ceramic, masonry, wood, metal, fiberglass, acrylic, rovel, green or wonder board and most plastics.
